Playing Music In Ventrilo (With Windows 7/Vista Fix and Bot Tutorial)

With the help of two other programs, you can play music to others in Ventrilo while speaking to them at the same time. Your music will be very high quality and no other sounds on your computer will be picked up. Full VAC Download: rapidshare.com Winamp: www.winamp.com IF YOU WANT TO RUN A MUSIC BOT, READ HERE: Create a Shortcut for Ventrilo, right click it and hit properties. At the end of the “Target” box, add “-m” without the quotes so the shortcut target now reads “C:\Program Files\Ventrilo\Ventrilo.exe” -m This allows you to open more than one Vent at the same time with the shortcut. Open two vents. Configure one the way you’d normally use it, with your microphone as the Input. Make the other Vent (your bot) use vac’s Line 1 for its Input. Configure Winamp as shown in the video. No Audio Repeaters are needed for this setup. Get both of your Vent clients into the same server and channel. Be sure to check “Mute Sound” on your bot’s Vent window. Now when you play music in Winamp, your bot will play it and you can listen through Vent along with your friends. IF YOU ARE HAVING DRIVER INSTALLATION PROBLEMS ON VISTA OR WINDOWS 7, READ HERE: Install VAC as normal. rapidshare.com Download that program. Run it and Enable Test mode. Restart your PC. Now run the program again and click Sign A System File. Enter C:\Windows\System32\drivers\vrtaucbl.sys and hit OK Driver should now be authorized. Reboot again. VAC Control Panel should work now. OPTIONAL: If you want to remove the watermark at the bottom right corner of your PC head to the page below and follow instructions. I did it and it worked perfectly, just need to be patient. bit.ly

  6. Parsa1859 says:

On the control pannel for VAC it wont let me add another line….

  7. USVISouljah says:

When trying the Music Bot readme you have in the description theres one small problem, putting VAC’s Line 1 got input on the music bot brings up the MUX error and the other VAC Line 1 that does have volume doesnt allow music through. What could be the problem here?

  8. antimogar41 says:

Thanks, had problem with 7, but just went through your steps in description and worked fine.

  9. Boboboy00 says:

What is the exact error you’re getting?

  10. SaleenFocusS121 says:

the more info tab says how to correct the driver not found error for vista but one problem …how do i open the DAC in test mode to complete those steps????

  11. Boboboy00 says:

What the hell is “the DAC”? My tutorial is pretty straightforward, plenty of others have used it to fix their problem. Try it again. Read carefully.

  12. SaleenFocusS121 says:

@Boboboy00 VAC sorry typo… Audio Cable…cant get it to work says drivers not found your info says to open in test mode how so???

  13. Boboboy00 says:

You don’t run VAC in test mode. Download the file I posted and follow the steps.

  14. SaleenFocusS121 says:

@Boboboy00 i got it nowbut just to let u know once i got VAC working i found u dont need all this repeater crap u got goin on. just open two vents set one as a “bot” use the VAC line one for that bot u wont hear the music out of winamp only through vent and this gives u and everyone else the option to mute the bot.Yourself u log in vent and use it on your name same as before just use the VAC for the bot in vent u get music and u get to talk and u get to have everyone else hear music and can mute

  15. Boboboy00 says:

Yeah… look at the description. I tell you how to make exactly what you’re talking about. It’s a music bot.

  16. PrplMunkys says:

    Your voice is sexy ;)

  17. Lachi827 says:

Hey Bobo, I was wondering if you knew how to play music over vent WITHOUT a sound card but rather a onboard soundcard from my mobo. Please help, thanks ahead.

  18. Boboboy00 says:

This should work fine with your onboard soundcard. The driver is what does all the work, not some external sound card.

  19. XxPunkPrincessDawnxX says:

im sorry to ask this but im trying to Remove the VAC download but i can’t find it what’s it called?

  20. Boboboy00 says:

Um, you’re trying to uninstall VAC? Just look for Virtual Audio Cable in the Start menu.

  21. EasyBakeOvan says:

So I got it to play on vent. But the quality is very horrible. I.E. If I turn it up it starts to get REALLY static like. Did I not get the driver working the right way?

  22. Boboboy00 says:

Hmm. I’m not sure, sounds like a generic problem. I guess I’d just double check the parameters of the audio repeater, maybe try running the music bot as I describe in the description. It could narrow your problem down a bit.

  23. illegaal117 says:

thanks man great job really and simple to use :P and the quality is hella better:P

  24. EasyBakeOvan says:

I did everything it said to do. I had a friend try it out and it happened to him.

  25. Raidynxbl says:
